Ok so here is my issue. First off I am still a newbie when it comes to IIS.
I am trying to figure out a way so that I can have my LocalHost separate from the WebServer. I want to be able to test my site on the LocalHost and when everything is working put it on the WebServer folder on my machine. |

Here's a link that may help you:

That does help, but the only problem is I am running XP Pro with IIS 5.1 So I don't have the option of New...Website. I am not sure how to get around this, but I did bookmark that link. |

Not using XP, so I'm kinda working blind, but can you create a seperate directory under the wwwroot directory and use that for your test.
For example: Your 'production' website root would be http://localhost And your 'test' website root would be http://localhost/testsite |

Yeah it looks like I'll have to do it that way. If I find any way of making two Web Sites using XP I will make sure to post it.
