On my web server I have 2 nics with different ip addresses. One of the nics is set up to use a different IP so that it communicates with our NAS to set up an iscsi drive. If i i enable this nic the website goes down to the outside world. Internally we can still set it.
as soon as i disable my nas nic the site comes back up. I have ran the httpcfg set iplisten to use the ip address of the primary nic but somewhere it looks like IIS continues to pool all ip locations or something. This is on server 2k3 with iis6. |

This sounds to me like some kind of a problem with your tcp gateway settings and routing table.
