My IIS have some problem..please help~
Background:
You have attempted to execute a CGI, ISAPI, or other executable program from a directory that does not allow programs to be executed. the problem is shown when i enter the localhost path

The error message tells you what's wrong.
Use the IIS management console and make sure you've given execute permissions to the file/folder
