IIS is only available in 2000/XP Pro/2003. However, I think Personal Web Server (PWS) is available in Windows Me - you should be able to install it from the CD from the VALUEADD folder.

Me doesn't include a web server, but many users have successfully installed PWS4 on Me. Use the PWS found on the Windows NT Option Pack, or I think you can install the PWS found on the W98 CD.
