I'm building a site, and somehow, I can see it by entering my address :

But no one from the net can see it , I've even tried turning off my firewall
and it still doesn't work...

Any word of wisdow?

YOu have blocked port 80 somewhere, some ISP's block port 80 to prevent users from running web servers on their connection.
