Problems accessing iis5.1 on network

on my computer i am able to type

http://localhost
http://frontComputer
http://192.168.2.10

all of the above work

When i go to another computer on my network and try to access the same links i get an error saying this page cannot be displayed.

any ideas, iv been searching all day with no solutions.

do i have to share a folder? or maybe im thinnking theres a p[roblem with the way my network card might be set up.

never mind. it turns out windows firewall by default will block things like this on the netowrk

Same thing happened to me. Just reconfigure the firewall and everything is fine now. Now I can access the website outside the computer.
