Process Monitoring for ASP site in IIS

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone can suggest some software (preferably open source/free... but not mandatory) that I could install on my server (windows server 2003) to help monitor issues with one of my sites. The site runs classic ASP/VBscript and works with both an Access DB (product listings) and SQL Server 2005 (order database).

The site seems to be getting tied up when we are hit by bots (googlebot, shopwiki). The testing I've done so far leads me to believe I may have a memory leak or something along those lines in my code, but as yet I haven't found a way to narrow it down at all.

Any suggestions?
