I have a domain name: www.xyz.com that points to my desktop. I've also created an ASP page which I can view on localhost. However, I can't get my IIS to serve up the page when I type in www.xyz.com in browser. I know this is a vague question, but I've done some research and can't figure out the issue. When I ping www.xyz.com it resolves to my laptop ip, which is good but for some reason I get a connection refused error when I try to navigate to the url in the browser. Thanks for your help.

Have you set the host header value for the website?

Have you opened port 80 through any routers and/or firewalls?
