Rewriting Links

I recently installed ISAPI rewrite on my server and with the help of the forum there I have the following rewrite rules in my .ini and below them the actual page links that I need to adapt but have no idea where to begin.

edit- I think I'm getting it sorted. It's starting to make a bit more sense.
