Hi,
I have created an application for an event to register people for the event. The event is in like 2 weeks. The whole idea of the application was to be able to take it to the event to check people in. The only problem is that there is not internet or LAN where we are checking people in. I ran the application on my localhost just fine. When I unplugged the CAT5 cable IIS would no longer run the asp scripts I had. I am running XP Pro. Do I have to be connected to the internet or something? -Brenton |

When I've been on my laptop IIS not connected, I would open IE to http://localhost, get an error, and retry to get things initialized without a connection. The first IIS try after bootup always returned an error.
