Server Application Error
It is no problem to browse *.htm / *.html page , but when the server have been run for 1 hour later , visit asp page will got the following Error Message .....
Server Application Error The server has reached the maximum recovery limit for the application during the processing of your request. Please contact the server administrator for assistance. Any one have idea on it ? Thx a lot ~~~ ![]() |

Hmm...not sure. You may want to restart IIS to see if it clears up?

IIS 5.x
You could try using perfmon to see if you are having some kind of memory leak. If you have multiple sites on your server, it's possible one site has some coding problems causing it to crash over and over. You can put a suspected problem site into it's own memory space so the rest of IIS doesn't crash. IIS6 isolates all the websites by default, I believe. Open the website properties page and change the Application Protection setting to High to isolate a site from the main IIS process. This does cause a performance hit on the server in IIS5.x |

Just want to say thank you to all of u ~~~ ^^
I have set the IIS Out-of-Process Pooled COM+ Applications to shut down after idle over 1 min , and the server seems become stable , I don't know the error is fixed by this setting or not , just want to share my experience ~~~~ This time I have learn much ~~~~ ^^ Say thanks to all of u one more time ~~~ ^^ |
