SMTP Error

Hi all,

We have this problem any assistant will be apprciate:

We are trying to send mail using the SMTP server of dedicated server. We have it programatically but it did not work. So , We've try to check SMTP using the pickup folder. We prepare a text file containing Form,To,Subject,Body conforming to the rules that must be adhered to (linke breaks & spaces ...). Then we paste this file in mailroot\pickup. On, local remotely server in our office the mail is sent successfully to the destination address.

Any assistant will appreciate

I'm not clear what doesn't work?

If you mean your program code doesn't send mail, perhaps there is a permissions problem that blocks your code from writing to the pickup directory.
