(SPLIT) error:0xC00402CE:Error is processing file in pickup directory

Unicode Issues

I am using Scripting.FileSystemObject to create the mail file in a temp directory and then moving it into the pickup folder. When the file is an ASCII file it works fine. When the file is a UNICODE file, it immediately goes to the Bad directory with the 0xC00402CE error. The content is exactly the same.

This is an issue because we are trying to send mail using a UNICODE character set. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
