Sso authentication

we have one aplication that have special module form single sign on. We use 2 different URLs ; 1 for (local) SSO users (NTLM authenticated against a domain controller) and 1 for non-SSO users who have to sign in the normal way.
this causes a lot of problems with people from the 2 different groups e-mailing links to each other.
I need one url and some isapi filter on web site, that checks if user is local or internet.
If local than redirect aplication throe windows authenticated web site.
pleas help

If it is local then you would have an internal IP range. Can you not check against that to redirect?
