the network request is not supported
Hello my name is Benjamin,
I have installed IIS 5 on Windows 2000 Prof. This becaus curtain software is web-based and needs IIS installed to work. When done with the installation of the software I go to Computer Management > Services and Applications > Internet Information Services. There I find the service eIQSystemAnalyzer ( the name of the curtain software...) But the service is stopped en when I want to start it I get the following warning: "The network request is not supported" I really don't know where I have to start looking for the solution... Hope somebody can help me, Benjamin Smit

Perhaps your installation isn't correct. Were you an administrator user when you installed IIS?.
What do you mean that you find the service in the IIS management console? Do you mean the website? You should only have a default website on W2K Pro.
