Training for server administration

Can anyone recommend a good training course in the UK or online that will teach me server administration?

My background is web front end and I'm being asked to do everything on the server. We have Windows 2003 servers with IIS 6.0, Apache and Tomcat.

I've taught myself quite a lot but my knowledge is patchy so I'm looking for a good all round course that includes everything from software installation and configuration to security and monitoring performance.

I looked at the CIW Server Administrator course but looking at their documentation the course looks out of date.
