Unable to access a .Net application from remote machines

Hi all,
There is a .Net application developed on my machine and I’m able to run it with localhost. But when the same URL is used on some other machine on the network, it says “Page can’t be displayed”. Even if I create a dummy asp in my wwwroot, and try to access it, it has the same answer. So I assume, it’s not the fault with the application or the “web.config”. I think it’s the problem with my IISServer.
Another concern is that when I right click on my website in InetMgr and click on Browse, it says "You are not authorized to view this page". I think it should display the start page.
I have tried almost all the combinations in the Authentication Methods. It would be great if you can you throw some light on this.

Sounds like you have a firewall somewhere blocking other computers from your web server
