Unable to open asp.net application from Visual Studio.net
 HiI have managed to sort my problem with IIS, IIS is running perfectly as i can see all my asp.net programs when browsing. My problem now is when i select asp.net application from Visual studio.net to create a new asp.net application it comes back with the error message. Error message i'm getting is : Visual Studio.net has detected that the specified web server is not running asp.net version 1.1. You will be unable to run asp.net web application or services. Can you please help, quick response will be highly apprecites

I also faced this problem this morning, i ran across this article and did this and it worked for me........ try with changes (path and version) accordingly.
Code:
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\aspne t_regiis.exe -i hope it helps
