Hi,
I am having problems in sending emails through Local Intranet. I have used the "AspSmartMail" object to send emails. Initially the webserver was configured on WindowsNT Server and worked fine on it, but now i reconfigured our webserver with Windows2000 Server. For some reason i get this error when i submit my page/send email: Error number 2147221928 = 'Object Required' Part of the code i used was On error resume next Set mySmartMail = Server.CreateObject("aspsmartmail.SmartMail") ... ... Is there any specific stuff to be done with SMTP Server ? Do we need to assign any ipaddress to the SMTP Server ? Thanks ! Nagesh |

Apparently the aspsmartmail component is not installed on the web server.
