Unhappy upload not working

I have been having a problem with uploading files to the server. I have 1 ip and 2 websites. The upload including aspupload will work for about 1 day and then I receive an error when I try to upload to either site. The only solution that I have found is to restart the server. Does anyone have an idea what could cause this?

error received

error '80070070'
/ftp/progress_upload.asp, line 51

That is the error that I receive.

line 51 reads:

Set OutFolder = FS.CreateFolder(DestinationFolder + "\upload\" + UniqueFolderName)

It just seems to loose the permissions to create the new folder.

Thanks

Probably an incorrect permission setting on the server, perhaps the folder doesn't have inheritable write permissions for the web server user.
