what do i do to give rights to different folder rights to different users for eg: - i need that when a user types in ftp://ftp@www.sitename.com he should have only access to a folder called folder1 and another user when log in from other username should have access to folder called folder 2.

Use the windows filesystem security acl's. Remove the IUSR_computername from any file or folder you don't want anonymous web surfers to see, and add the appropriate user or group access you want to allow.
In windows explorer, navigate to the folder or file, right-click, properties, security
