I carefully read messageg in this forum with the same problem. But nothing helps...
I reinstalled windows xp pro (fresh copy) and installed php. Php works from command prompt. But i have problems connecting to localhost (URL or URL or URL (any files: html, asp, php). I used IIS before and never had problems. In the old version I had Inetpub\wwwroot look different (now it looks like usual folder without blue circle on it). I tried to do everything: web sharing, changing properties in default website, change Directory Sequrity in Default Web Site properties to all users...Nothing helps. It means I don't understand where the problem is... Does someone has any ideas to how to solve this problem? |

Is the www service running?
Are there any errors in the event log? Does the IUSR_computername account have execute permissions? Turn off any antivirus script blocking. Turn off any firewall software. |
