Question Changing Character Set

I client of ours has installed SQL server for use with our software but have installed with the incorrect character set and sort order. I need to change this to sort order 52 and character set ISO 8859-1(Latin1)

Can anyone tell me the sp_configure command I need to achieve this?

Many thanks

Steve

You cannot change it without rebuilding the databases.

From SQL Server Books Online.
Quote:
It is critical that you select the correct sort order when you install SQL Server.
If you need to change sort orders after installation, you must rebuild your databases and reload your data.
