Database design. Need help!

Hi everyone,
I need help with the design of the database for my pricebook which is in excel format. Here is a link to a sample data file
http://geocities.com/mumick2003/files/sample_data.xls. I don't know how to go about ServiceLevel, MonthlyRateInWarranty, MonthlyRateOutOfWarranty columns. They definitely should be put in a different table but what that table should look like from the design stand point I don't know. My primary key here is Model and Feature. If anyone has idea on how to design tables for this pricebook I would appreciate it.
Thanks in advance, mumick
