Help me in DTS Package

hi
i m fairly new to the DTS Package.
i want to create a web page from where i can specify an excel sheet as the source and the destination
server is fixed.
The main reason for this type of work is becasue whenever an excel file comes in, I need to dump the data into
the database table and the web page is an interface for the user to dump the data.
Do I have to do it in ASP only?
Please help.
If possible, can someone plese let me know the code.
