mssql and asp, created shopping cart through macromedia dreamweaver

can anyone help me how to create an asp page through macromedia dreamweaver?? the situation is this: i gave a products page. after selecting a product, it will automatically add to my shopping cart, and the data will be shown in my table in MSSQL... can someone help me what function/menu in dreamweaver i will use to do this shopping cart thing?? i hope you can help me guys... thanks!!
