Order my data alphabetic in arabic
How can we order our result alphabeticly in arabic
without using Collation ? for eg: select * from Instructions_ar order by INST_title

i don't think that is possible
the order by is written for the standard (short) ascii table, wich is for the latin based alphabet of westren languages collations where written for use with things that don't correspond to the latin script it was meant for this purpose
