I am curretly re-searching methods of Disater Recovery for my SQL Database. I am interedted in Site replication. Cujrrently my SQl Server is registered as (local). I f I re-register my SQL Server, will I lose any data or settings. Please Advise!!!!

If you re-register your SQL server, you should not lose any data or settings. However, SQL Enterprise Manager will not allow you to create more than one instance of the same server on the same machine.
