I'm in the same process!
Cons:
- Expensive all it's gonna cost u money!
you have to buys the MS SQL server and the licenses for each user and so forth
- it'll cost u time ( u have to rewrite most of the code behind your forms!)
and to be frank with u I did redesign my tables , forms, and code! because you wanna get the best performance, dont you?

Pros:
-Secure, reliable database
- it's gonna be a Client server application! with it's benefits (Easy to publish on the web for instance)
- BETTER PERFORMANCE!
these are the pros and cons of this process as far as I investigated and got invovled!

May the force be with you,

Access to SQL

I am most interested in this as well. I have just had the SQL tables built and have linked the tables in Access to them.

Everything works perfectly on my machine, however others that have the exact same mdb on can see everything in the database and switchboards, however they get an error of "there was an error executing this command" anytime they try to run a report or access the tables by just clicking on them.

Any ideas on what the problem may be?
