Hello,
When I export any report from Reporting Services to PDF I lose the edges of the report - usually a column or two from the right side. Any suggestions on how to overcome this and print the report that I see on the screen? Thanks |

Okay, I don't know why it took me so long to figure this out but I did eventually. Switch the length and the width and that will allow the page to be printed landscape which in turn lets you capture all your data. I also set the margins to zero.

Hi,
I've got the same problem, how exactly did you fix it as I don't quite understand your explanation! Cheers Si |

SQL Reporting Services Printing Problem
I find that columns being dropped is normally because the page width property is set too wide for the physical paper you are using. If you are using portrait orientation on standard letter size, ensure that the report surface plus your margins are <= 8.5 inches. If landscape, then the total of report surface plus side margins needs to be <= 11 inches.
