SQL SERVER 2000 Vs WIN 2000

Hi Guys we have recently updated few computers for our Company software build using VB and C++

Old computers were WIN 2000 and SQL 7 (All working good)
New Computer (Vary fast than older) WIN 2000 and SQL 2000 (SP3A) (PROBLEM,PROBLEM,PROBLEM..........)

I thought it might be SQL 2000 so i changes older computers to SQL 2000 it still works. Don't know what to do.

Can any body help.........
