SQL server and forms 6i

i am working with a system which involves SQl server and forms 6i.
now i am facing a trange problem.
after commiting a result again when i tried to call another form it says that
ORACLE ERROR:cannot issue savepoint command
by debugging it show that
OCA30021

dbc drive error cannot issue save transaction when there is no active transaction

what should i do?
can somebody help me?
