Sql Server Rerporting Services

I am trying to install the reporting services on win2k sp4. Installation system check went well and when I start installation. It installs everything i.e. creates database and also installs books online and it opens visual studio environment. But suddenly it quits everything and says installation can not continue because of some error, report Microsoft. grrrrrr..

when I checked the Installation log file, it reads something like this.
