How do I make an Andy Warhol?

Does anybody know how to make a Marilyn Monroe a la Warhol? We are using Phtotshop CS.

Plzzzzzzzzz help me.

There are a few ways of doing this. Depending on the image the technique might vary, but try using levels and/or Posterize to get rid of the details and then colourize the mage and the BG.-
