i need help with random picture loading...

i wanna have a page where...i have all my thumbnails and titles to each picture load at random...
i designed the page set up to where each picture and name are in a table ...i want the pictures to load b in random order each time u visit or refresh the page..so the pictures arent in the same oreder each time u visit....these pictures and names are also thumbnails...so they r linked to open a page where u can find a set of photos just like its thumbnail...is this possible and how easy it to do..i would like to know...how i could go about doing this..thanks

Where are the photos going to be stored? how will you know they are there? If you're only going to use a few pictures that you never change - you can set up an array in PHP or ASP and use that to display in random order. If you want to add more images over time - you might find it useful to look into using a database for referencing the images.

if you dont wanna use a server side script it should be farely easy to do this by searching for a javascript in google, look for something like 'random thumbnail script' i am sure you will come up with something if you look
