Photoshop 7 - animate button

I have Photoshop 7 and under the window menu should be and animation choice. I dont have one. WHat do i need to do to see it or do I have to install it?

The animate feature is not a PhotoShop feature, but an ImageReady feature. ImageReady is bundled with PS7.
