Web video help needed

Whats up everybodyI'm not sure this is the right place for my question but there it is anyway:I'm creating my first web site and I want to publish some videos in it. My problem is that I'm a complete noob with web site creating and I dont have a clue in html php or whatever script language... I tried to find something in google but everything is either too complicated for me to understand or requires a lot of investment ... so does somebody knows a free or at least inexpensive source of information about web video?

Could you be a bit more specific about what you need?

Do you just want to create static pages containing video or are you looking for a dynamic site?

What sort of videos do you want to put on the site i.e. what format, what length?

Do you have somewhere to host the videos or are you planning on hosting yourself?

There are lots of resources about video on the web but without specific questions it can be difficult to find what you need.
