SNMP and ASP .NET

I have a project that requires me to develop a WAN Monitoring System using ASP .NET and Simple Management Network Protocol. However, I am a little lost on how to use the SNMP with ASP .NET to obtain processor, bandwidth and memory utilization. If anyone out there has any source code, sample projects or even any resources that can help me, pls feel free to msg or email me.
PLS HELP as I am really stuck on this...
