Visual Studio 2008 - Updating with Linq?

Hi

Im fairly new to this and have a problem with a dataview.
Ive populated the dataview using linq, which works fine.
Im just not sure how to update any changed data in the view, can it be done using linq, if so can someone point me in the right direction please?
