what's more popular C# or VB?
Originally posted by : nsela (nsela@home.com)
Does anyone know what the more popular language for ASP+ files will be? Wrox seems to have chosen VB over C# even though from what I read C# is more powerful. Any information would be helpful.

Noam Sela

That is because most Web Developers are already using VBScript, and the transition form VBScript to VB.Net will be easy. As time goes on we will likely see more C++ developers begin using Managed C++ or C# for ASP+ dev.

Really, it is almost irrelevent. ASP+ was designed so you can use the language you like the most. Who knows, maybe Cobol or Eiffel will dominate
