Project Description:

Our client is seeking a candidate to join a team in charge of developing a custom web application for a large client in Hanover, Maryland. The developers responsibilites will include designing, coding, unit testing, writing T-SQL stored procedures, working on the data layer and developing the presentation layer. The developer will also be involved in documenting the final business rules and gather and interpret business requirements. Additional responsibilities may also include contributing to overall technical architecture of the solution.

To be successful the ideal candidate would be a team player and fast learner, with the ability to design and implement a coherent ASP.NET presentation, backend, and business layer. The ability to work independently and understand business requirements is also important.

Work Environment:

Team: 50%
Individual: 50%
Client Facing: 25%
Work Week: 40 hrs

Development Time: 75%

Must Haves:

* Minimum 3 years of development experience
* Minimum of 1 year .NET development experience
* Minimum of 6 months of requirements gathering
* Excellent Communication Skills
* U.S. Citizen/Greencard/H1B
* Bachelors Degree

Nice to haves:

* MCSD
* Experience with SQL Reporting Services
* Experience with Sharepoint Portal Server or WSS
