Project Description :

Our client is currently seeking a senior level SQL Server database administrator to assist with the design and implementation of a replication strategy for a SQL server environment. The work will be performed on-site at the client and the environment consists of a 15 server SQL farm.

In order to succeed at this project you will need to have experience working with the administration of SQL Server, experience in SQL replication and management with experience in SQL failover with Legato (EMC Autostart). The ideal candidate will need to have a strong background in relational databases and database reporting tools.

Work Environment :

Team: 90%
Individual: 10%
Work Week: 40 hrs

Experience Needed to Succeed :

* 5+ years of experience working with SQL Server 2000 (all aspects)
* MCDBA Certification (SQL Serer 2000)
* Experience in SQL replication and management
* Experience in SQL failover - with Legato or other application
* A team player with excellent communication skills
* You must be authorized for work for any US employer
* NO 3RD PARTIES
