They also foster a unique environment that is very flexible to meet developers needs. Job Description: Our Client is looking for a Midlevel to Junior SharePoint or Solutions Developer. As a Midlevel Developer your role will be to work on the team and provide a combination of on-site low level requirements gathering, understanding client’s needs, and working with the senior developers and architects to come up with a viable solution. Interacting with clients is not a requirement and is not required to be considered successful at the position, but if will be offered if that is a skill you want to develop. A majority of your day will be spent working on development projects that are assigned to you by the architect for the project. Team work is encouraged but projects must be developed and completed individually. The best people on the team come up with unique approaches to solve development problems and are dedicated to the success of the project. In addition to your development responsibilities you will also be the flexability to employ new technologies in the development of a solution. Work Environment: Team Development: 30% Individual Development: 35% Client Facing: 35% Development Time: 30% Design Time: 30% Document Time: 20% Business Analysis: 20% Key Experience Needed to Succeed: * Minimum of 2 years of overall development experience * Minimum of 1 year of .NET development experience * A background and understanding of SharePoint Portal or WSS (either installation of or customization of both/each product.) * An individual who is a self learner and someone who enjoys learning new technologies * Good communication skills and Excellent written skills * Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field * 1 prior working engagement as a consultant or developer with exposure or experience in each stage of a development project.
