Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Midlevel developer to join their team of highly talented professionals. As a developer you will join their solutions team and work on a number of different projects, in VB or C#, for their end clients. Projects can vary in size and scope and the position involves full lifecycle expertise, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance. It is very important that the candidate have a strong initiative for dynamic thought and be able to work independently.

Work Environment:

Work Week (hrs): 40 hrs per week
Client Side Time: 25%

Team Development: 50%
Individual Development: 50%

Development Time: 50%
Architecture Time: 20%
Maintenance Time: 20%
Management: 0%
Business Analysis: 10%
Leadership: 0%

Key Experience Needed to Succeed:

* 3 years of .NET experience
* 3 years of SQL Server experience
* Strong understanding of the benefits of providing solutions using object oriented development methodologies
* Strong written and oral communication skills

Nice to have:

* Microsoft Certifications - progress towards or completion of desired

Applicable Skills:

ASP, ASP.NET, OOP, SQL Server, Visual Basic 6.0
