Job Description:

Our client is looking for a DBA with Software Development abilities. Candidate should be able to create, maintain, monitor, performance tune, & trouble shoot corporate databases. Candidate should be able to migrate from SQL Server 2000 to SQL Server 2005, and also should be able to create reports in SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services. Candidate will be coordinating with business groups and assisting in project planning. Our client is looking for some one that will work closely with the developers and assist in development.

Work Environment:

Work Week (hrs): 45 hrs per week

Team Development: 20%
Individual Development: 65%
Client Facing: 15%

Development Time: 50%
Architecture Time: 15%
Maintenance Time: 15%
Business Analysis: 10%

Key Experience Needed to Succeed:

* 3+ year of SQL 2000 experience
* 1 years of .NET experience
* 1 years of C Sharp experience
* Must be authorized to work for any US Employer (Greencard or Citizen)

Nice to have:

* Microsoft Certifications - progress towards or completion of desired
* OLAP Cubes experience
* MS Solomon experience
