Position Type: Direct Hire, 3-6 Months Contract to Hire
Location: Bowie, MD

Project Description:

The candidate will be part of an Engineering Team who are responsible for performing projects assigned to them. Members of this team will work with the Project Managers to ensure the overall success of the project. These members will be expected to complete every technical objective of the overall project in a timely and efficient manner with accordance to the project outline.

In addition to working on projects, members of the Engineering Team will be required to stay current on technical accreditations. These technical accreditations will be identified by the Project Managers and Convergence management team.

* Perform as a key representative of CTC by demonstrating and presenting the technology CTC supports to prospective clients. Explain issues and answer questions that CTC clients may have in relation to the technology presented.
* Develop network solutions and requirements/needs analyses that meet the needs of CTC clients and are within the scope of the services CTC offers.
* Work with CTC engineers when transferring knowledge of integration projects and when implementing enterprise solutions at client sites to ensure that technical deliverables are sound and meet the original needs of clients.
* Work with Account Managers and Operations to ensure CTC clients are receiving optimum technical service from inception of sale to post-sale phase.
* Research and analyze new technologies that CTC resells and develop techniques and procedures that will allow CTC to implement them in the most technically sound and efficient manner possible.
* Participate in training clients on technologies CTC has implemented.
* Participate in training as determined by VP of Technical Services.

Team Development: 30%
Individual Development: 70%
Client Facing: 75%
Work Week: 40 hrs

Must Haves:

* U.S. Citizen with Secret Clearance or Clearable
* 2+ years of Citrix
* MCSE Certified
* Excellent Communication Skills

Nice to haves:

* .NET Experience
* VMware
* EMC
