Pay Rate: $40 - $50/ hr

Project Description:

The candidate will play a key role in engineering of Client software products. This challenging and exciting position involves actively participating in major component analysis, design, architecture, development, review, testing, and deployment of web-based enterprise software. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly energetic, willing to learn new technologies and enjoys working as part of a dynamic team. This person must be able to work closely with tech leads, individual developers, technical writers, marketers, and customer support personnel in a cooperative but fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

* Work with leads to create and maintain effective, well thought-out software designs.
* Develop and thoroughly test software components to ensure high-quality delivery
* Work with Quality Assurance to track down and fix bugs.
* Assist in estimation and planning of software development efforts.
* Keep pace with leading edge technology and rapidly proto type solutions.

Work Environment:

Team Development: 50%
Individual Development: 50%
Work Week: 40 hrs

Must Haves:

* U.S. Citizen/Greencard
* 4+ years of Experience in Designing and Developing Comercial Software
* Advanced programming skills in .NET Framework
* 4+ years of Experience in Developing web applications using ASP.Net, HTML and Javascript.
* Advanced programming skills in C#
* Strong knowledge of Object Oriented concepts
* 3+ years of Experience in SQL Server 2000
* Experience using Web Services frameworks and related XML technologies, like XSLT and XPATH.
* Experience with Crystal Reports and PDF generation technologies
* Excellent Communication Skills
