Salary - $80,000 - $100,000

Start Date - Immediately

Duration - 6 month contract-to-hire

Location – DC area – initially our office in Tyson’s Corner

Job:

Qualified candidates will possess 7+ years technology experience with 5 years of progressive experience developing and implementing BI/Data Warehousing/Decision Support System projects and /or production support for enterprise DW environments. An in depth understanding of Integrated Data architecture styles and approaches including Operational Data Store (ODS), Data Warehouse (DW), Data Mart (DM), and Reporting/Analytic components with knowledge of related data quality, metadata management an information access techniques is required. Candidates must have full-life cycle project/program management experience. Additionally, candidates must have experience with data warehousing technical components (e.g. Data Model, ETL, Reporting), database infrastructures and have integrated them into a cohesive data warehouse solution for an organization. The requisite database platform will be Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server 2000 / 2005, so an in-depth understanding of and history with these products is required.

A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Political experience or familiarity with political campaigns is desired.
