Project Description :

Our client is seeking a Sharepoint specialist to implement solutions to meet the needs of their various clients. As a web integration developer you will help their clients solve critical business needs by leveraging Microsoft's tools and technologies. You will also be fully involved in the full SDLC from analysis and planning to development and deployment. As a developer you will work as part of their .NET development team and translate client business needs into effective technical solutions built using the full product suite from Microsoft. In addition to your development responsibilities you will also assist in analyzing client processes through needs analysis and based upon that information recommend new business models or workflows.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

* Design and Develop technology solutions using Microsoft technologies
* Assist in training of end-users and system administrators
* Gather user requirements, design to specifications, and help develop training materials for custom solutions

Experience Needed to Succeed:

Minimum Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-lifecycle software development
* Experience developing web/windows applications using (C# or VB) with ASP.NET
* Experience implementing and customizing SharePoint (WSS or SPS)
* Strong knowledge of one of the following: Object Oriented Development or Component Based Development
* Effective communication skills
* Effective team and interpersonal skills

Non-essential but beneficial skills
* Microsoft Certification, MCAD, or MCSD .NET

Education/Experience:
B.S, B.A. College Degree; two to four years related experience and/or training;
