At work.. I voluntarily took a job on to develop a small Access 2002 application... I thought it would be a great learning experience.. able to learn as i go (hearing that access/vba isn't too difficult) and after hearing the overview of what they needed.. is a pretty simple application.. i thought i'd be able to get this done but now i am getting to close to my deadline. Does anyone want to help me out here... want to make a little extra cash?.. i'm willing to pay. I thought i would be able to handle designing an access system.. i guess not.. i now feel under tremendous pressure.. and im not handling it very well.. as it is due by xmas... overview of the system:
one main form that has:
- 1 listbox
- 4 command buttons 1) check request, 2) Refunds (whichever button is clicked is what records are shown in the listbox),
3) new check request, 4) new refund (these buttons open windows to create new check request/refund)
- filter options - are for what results in the listbox - filters on the list of whichever command button the user has selected (either check requests or refunds).
Note: Information that is in listbox comes from 2 different tables (check request - info from 2 tables, refunds - info pulled from another 2 tables. - simple queries.
When a record is selected in the listbox.. my edit info window is to be opened.. with the record's information displayed in the appropriate fields (i.e. textboxes, comboboxes) of my edit window. the user should have the option to edit any of this info and then it be saved to appropriate table(s).
I have the design of all the forms mentioned above, as well as the design of the tables used. I'm looking for services to help me out with getting it all working properly.
If anyone would like me to send... what i've got so far and then maybe be able to give me a cost to get done what is needed.. I would so appreciate it.. please feel free to reply here or email me at
